Do You Reschedule In Cases of Poor Weather?

Yes. While we endeavour to keep strictly to our scheduled dates, inclement weather does occasionally necessitate rescheduling. For example, while it is possible to clean residential windows in light rain, heavy rain poses both difficulties and dangers on ladders that are best avoided. The same can be said for falling snow and icy conditions. Regular, scheduled, commercial cleaning is less likely to be affected by poor weather. Interior cleaning is rarely rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Do You Document Your Cleaning Work?

Yes, if specifically requested. We will gladly take pictures as we work. Usually this is only occasionally requested with eaves cleaning. Why request such a service? Unfortunately there are some cleaners/companies in the GTA who (dishonestly) skip portions of the cleaning to cut time or avoid difficult-to-reach areas. Homeowners have been deceived before, and we sympathize with them.

Do You Take Precautions to Protect Homes?

Yes, absolutely.

Inside your home:

  • We will never wear shoes in your home, and if necessary, come prepared with shoe covers.
  • We carry separate step ladders for indoor use. Additionally, we clean any equipment being brought into your home to keep from tracking in dirt.
  • We use drop sheets where necessary to protect your floors from spills and scratches.

Outside your home:

  • We protect the surfaces that ladders rest against from being scratched or punctured. They will never touch your home without ladder mitts.
  • We use ladder extensions to keep our ladders from resting on your eaves. This avoids scraping, scratching, denting, or marking them.
  • We use leveling legs on our ladders which prevents accidents (and the damages they can cause) during their use.
